The space
The cottage is a newly built standalone unit at the bottom of our property in Hout bay in a beautiful and secure eco estate. It is completely separate and private from the main house which is not visible from the cottage.

There is a lovely big patio with outside lounge, dining table, and a braai for guests to enjoy the views. The patio is fully enclosed and has its own little garden for guests to enjoy.

Inside is an open plan lounge/dining room and kitchen with beautiful high ceilings and sky light. Stacking doors allow a flow into the patio, creating a wonderful entertainment area. The kitchen has a gas stove and electric oven, dishwasher, large fridge, and a washing machine.

Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and amazing Mountain views. Bedroom 1 has a king bed that can also be made up into two single beds if guests prefer. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed.

There is off-street parking for one large car, or two small cars.
